Hello, my name is Brittney and I am Kemp’s son’s fiancé.

On Monday, March 4th, Kemp Lowe fell from approximately 10’-15’ off scaffolding while assisting in the building of his church.

Kemp sustained many injuries including several bleeding areas in his brain and over 10 fractures. He was flown by a medical helicopter to University of Virginia Medical Center where he has been in the surgical ICU receiving around the clock medical care.

As you can imagine, the costs are going to be immense. A representative at UVA had already estimated hospital cost to be over $50,000 after only 24 hours of care. This does not include the ambulance or air medical bill which we expect to be upwards of $40,000.

Kemp’s wife, Sharon, as well his family will be traveling back and forth daily to visit and monitor his recovery.

Kemp & Sharon are both retired and rely on a fixed income.

Kemp is a man of God, husband of 51 years, father to two public servants and PawPaw to a beautiful 8 year old granddaughter who can not wait to have him home.

I have started this fundraiser to aid in the unexpected medical costs as well as gas, transportation, food and any other unexpected expenses.
