Help a Disabled Veteran & Former ICU Nurse Survive Medical Crisis and Financial Ruin
A Gulf War Veteran and COVID ICU Nurse Need Urgent Support
Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

Today, I’m asking for your help for two of the most selfless and courageous people you could ever meet: Keith, a disabled Air Force Gulf War veteran, and Eva, a former ICU nurse who risked her life on the COVID frontlines. They’ve spent their lives serving others—our country, our hospitals, their children, and even animals in need.

But now, they are the ones who need saving.

Keith’s Story: A Veteran Living in Pain
Keith proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Gulf War, where he was exposed to deadly sarin gas. The toxic exposure left him with permanent nerve and muscle damage. He now struggles to walk—even with a cane—and faces constant pain and mobility issues. Despite this, he continues to be a loving husband, father, and grandfather who puts his family’s needs before his own.

Eva’s Story: A Nurse Who Gave Her All
Eva is a dedicated ICU nurse who answered the call when the world was shutting down. She worked through the worst days of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the overwhelmed hospitals of New York City. But now, she’s facing her own life-threatening health crisis.

What began as a painful hernia turned into a nightmare. During her pre-surgical evaluations, doctors discovered a major heart blockage requiring emergency surgery and multiple stents. She’s still recovering and unable to return to work.

And the battle isn’t over—she now needs another major surgery next month, one that will require an extended hospital stay and a long, difficult recovery.

Still Giving, Even in Crisis
Despite their hardships, Eva hasn’t stopped trying to help others. She’s been working toward her nurse practitioner degree (APRN), determined to return to her calling and continue serving her community. She’s almost finished—but the mounting medical bills, surgeries, and loss of income have made it nearly impossible to afford.

Meanwhile, Keith was recently hospitalized himself with serious heart complications. They are both in urgent need of medical care—and your help.

❤️ A Life of Service—Now They Need Yours
Eva and Keith have always given selflessly:

● Eva crochets hats for the homeless and NICU babies.
● They raise chickens and donate fresh eggs to elderly neighbors.
● They’ve raised a loving family, supported their community, and answered every call for help.
Now, they’re facing a future of financial devastation and medical uncertainty.

They’ve never asked for anything in return—until now.

How You Can Help
We are asking for donations to help Eva and Keith with:

● Medical bills and ongoing care
● Household expenses while both are unable to work
● Costs related to Eva’s final surgery and education
Even a $10 or $20 donation can make a big difference. If you can’t donate, please share this story with your friends, family, or anyone who might want to help a disabled veteran and a frontline nurse get back on their feet.

Let’s Stand By Those Who’ve Stood By Us
Eva and Keith have always been givers. Let’s be their lifeline now. Your kindness, your donation, your share—it all matters.

From the bottom of our hearts,
Thank you.
