My name is Dennis Jans, and I'm collecting funds to help a Ukrainian friend, Yulia Oskirko, age 42, cover the costs of ongoing medical treatments for her metastatic Stage 4 breast cancer.

Yulia, who was born in Chernihiv, Ukraine, and received a law degree in Kyiv where she has worked as a lawyer, was diagnosed in August of last year, 2024. Since then, she has undergone chemotherapy treatments with unsuccessful results. Now, she needs ongoing immunization and radiation treatments.

State insurance does not cover the cost of her anti-cancer drug, Keytruda, which costs almost $2,000 per treatment every 3 weeks. I have committed to helping her raise $5,000 to cover some of the costs of her ongoing treatments and the drugs she needs to survive this terrible disease.
