Hi, my name is Wendy. I'm a full-time mother of three and a full-time caregiver/administrator of a residential facility. My oldest is also a full-time caregiver. So let's see, I never thought I would ever make one of these and be so public with my shortcomings, but here I am.

We were recently in a car accident. The person went to switch lanes while texting and hit my car. My insurance company (State Farm) deemed my car a total loss. Fortunately, we were not injured. However, I just got the car in June. Luckily, I have full coverage and gap insurance, so my loan will be taken care of. But that leaves us without our only transportation to get to and from work, both myself and my daughter.

I am asking for help to get us into another car as soon as possible so that we can make it through these holidays without losing our jobs and our home. Life has dealt us a hard year; we barely manage to make it through the months providing the bare minimum. I have no family and no village to lean on; all we have is ourselves, the kids and me. It would be an amazing gift and blessing if we can receive any help along with a few prayers. Thank you for reading this, for any help we do receive, as well as any prayers.
