I had the opportunity to visit my cousin Tyler at OSU Hospital today and was informed about the breakdown of his air conditioning unit at home, which will need to be replaced. It is deeply concerning to see him dealing with the difficulties of chemotherapy while also experiencing discomfort due to the lack of a functional AC. Sadly, his cancer diagnosis has made it impossible for him to work. The disease, initially found in his colon, has now spread to his liver, spine, and, as recently confirmed, his brain. The medical team is currently focused on ensuring his comfort.
