Keep the Wagner Family Moving Forward
Donation protected
On August 31, 2024, everything changed for the Wagner family. Bill Wagner suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. Bill was life-lined to IU where he stayed a total of 3 weeks. The family found out that Bill had a total of 6 aneurysms, including the one that had ruptured. The neurologist had never seen anything like this. They took extra care and planning to plan the surgery. They gave them less than a one percent chance of survival and gave the family an extra day together to say all they could say.
Bill survived with the best outcome possible but is now legally blind. God's hand was in it all and every moment after. However, Bill was the sole provider for the Wagner family. Bill's employer helped them for a time and was wonderful to them. They have gone through most of the assistance programs, and their church is helping to support them. Bill's wife has worked to become his paid caretaker, but because of insurance, this has fallen through and cannot be changed until November.
Bill and Grace have four children, ages 17, 11, 9, and 1.
As of late, their two vehicles have been racing each other to the end. One is pretty much at the end. One is barely hanging on. It seems inevitable that they will not have a vehicle they can drive. They still owe on one, so they are in a predicament. They are reaching out to ask for help in getting a vehicle or to repair one of their vehicles.
They currently have no income. They have applied for disability and await that. They do not know how long this will take. It's hard to ask for help, but they are out of ideas. They hope to pay it forward when the chance comes. An operative vehicle is vital to taking their children to their Christian school, for at least the remainder of the school year, for doctor appointments, of which there are many, to the store, and to church.
They appreciate any help and all prayers. Thank you in advance for any prayers or help given. They appreciate it and pray a blessing on you.
