A friend suggested I do this... I am desperate so here goes.
My name is Sue and I need a little help from my friends.
I am a wife to a disabled husband, a mom to two special needs daughters, and a grandma to an autistic grandson. Because of these needs, I need to have a very fluid schedule to handle school issues, Dr. appointments, therapy, and anything else that comes up. I am the only one who can work in the house. Because of these needs, I have chosen to work for GrubHub because I can set my own schedule, so that I can provide for my family. I am on the clock 10-11 hours a day. The only breaks I get are for church on Sunday morning, small group on Thursday night, and Saturday morning to do shopping for the house.
About a week and a half ago, my car started making some funny noises and wouldn't accelerate as normal. So I had to take it in to see what was wrong. Sadly, the amount that it was going to cost to fix the car was well over $5,000. Well, I certainly can't afford that. I've looked into trying to get a loan, but every penny that I get is already accounted for, so to repay it would be very difficult. The dealership looked at my paperwork and found out that I did have an extended warranty. The warranty does cover most of the repairs. But I still need about $1,200 to cover the rest of the repairs that are needed. There is no choice, I NEED A CAR to live.
A wonderful friend has loaned me her car so that I could continue to work. Unfortunately, her car died today, Thursday, just before starting to work.
With all of this, I need to get even more to help pay bills up as there is no longer a way to make any money.
If you are able to help, I pray that God blesses you a hundredfold for how you are blessing us.
If you can't help me monetarily, if you could please send up a few prayers for me, that would be greatly appreciated. I pray for God's blessings on you and your family.
God bless you.
