Hi Friends,
I’m reaching out in a moment of urgent need. I am facing imminent eviction due to unexpected financial hardships, and I’m desperately trying to keep a roof over my head.
I’ve exhausted all other methods of raising funds, and I’m at my wits’ end. The past few months have been incredibly difficult—both financially and mentally. Between medical bills piling up, losing my job, and unforeseen expenses, I just haven’t been able to keep up. I’m barely staying afloat, and I feel like I’m on the verge of drowning.
My parents are not able to help—they’ve basically turned their backs on me. (Not surprising, since they kicked me out shortly after I turned 18, even while I was still in high school—and they’ve been little help ever since.)
I’ve started this GoFundMe to raise money to save my apartment from eviction. I hope you all understand how extremely hard it is for me to ask for help. I feel ashamed and embarrassed, but honestly, my living space, my livelihood, and my overall mental and physical well-being are more important than my pride. My apartment isn’t just a place to live; it’s a safe space where I can rebuild and find stability.
This is a turning point in my life. I’m working to restructure my future around my core values and passions. I’m in a new chapter, and I just need a little support to get started. I’ve never been more ready to move forward and pursue my true path.
I need to reach my goal as soon as possible, so any donation you can give would be deeply appreciated. Please, no pressure—if you can help, you truly will make a difference. ANYTHING at all helps so much.
I consider my friends my family, and I love you all so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, kindness, and generosity. Your help means the world to me and will truly make a difference in my life.
Much love and respect,
-Shyloh
