Hi everyone,
My name is Jerchel Anderson, and I’m reaching out to you on behalf of someone incredibly dear to me—my best friend of 42 years, Sharon Kidd.
Sharon is a warrior. She bravely battled breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy, followed by grueling chemotherapy and HER2 treatment. While she is thankfully in remission, the treatments have left her with severe and permanent neuropathy. She lives with constant pain in her hands, legs, and feet—making it nearly impossible to walk without a cane or walker and extremely difficult to use her hands for long periods of time.
Before her illness, Sharon worked proudly as a judicial secretary. But due to the lasting effects of her treatment, she is now unable to continue working and has been left without a stable income or resources.
Right now, she faces a simple but deeply urgent need: her only vehicle, a 2014 Nissan Sentra SR, needs a new transmission repair. Without this car, Sharon has no way to attend critical medical appointments, run basic errands, pick up her prescriptions, or get groceries. Public transportation is not a viable option given her mobility challenges and chronic pain.
We are humbly asking for your help to raise funds to:
- Replace the transmission
- Cover the mechanic's labor costs
- Ensure Sharon has reliable transportation during this ongoing fight
Sharon is not asking for a new car, a handout, or luxuries. She simply wants the chance to maintain her independence and take care of her health with dignity.
If you can contribute any amount—big or small—it would mean the world to both of us. And if you’re unable to donate right now, please consider sharing this with your network.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your support.
With gratitude and appreciation,
Jerchel
