Hello, my name is Shannon Borowicz and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time of my life. I am once again battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, which has made it impossible for me to work.

I’m also the full-time caregiver for my 4-year-old grandson, who depends on me for everything. Right now, I’m struggling to cover rent and basic living expenses. Without help, we are at serious risk of eviction within the next month.

I’m doing everything I can to stay strong for my grandson, but I truly need help to keep a roof over our heads and provide a sense of stability for him while I fight this illness.

I’m asking for assistance to help us get through this month — to cover rent and essential bills — so we can stay in our home while I continue my treatment.
