Hi! I'm lyrik and I need your help being able to pay this following month's rent/getting a used car. I can't work because I'm disabled due to heart failure (which I'm on a life support device for called an LVAD) and lung issues. I'm constantly in and out of the hospital and sometimes lose consciousness due to my problems. So working or going to school isn't an option for me. My boyfriend, whom i live with, tries to work but it's hard to maintain a job when I have medical emergencies a lot. He's my only caregiver for the next few months until my mother gets out of prison. If we were to get a paid caregiver we would lose the little money he gets for taking care of me as my insurance wouldn't do both. I get less than $1k a month off of my disability which isn't enough for rent and food. Especially since we're needing to renew our lease. We also need to get a small, used car to get to appointments and the hospital as to not need to use uber everytime. And finally I need help getting to California to possibly get a heart transplant to extend my life. So please, help us out for these two things. It would be greatly appreciated!!

apparently I need a lung transplant as well as a heart transplant. My health has taken a turn for the worse but I’m still determined to get these transplants. It’s just super scary
