Please Help Me Keep My Attorney During This Traumatic Time & Protect My Son's Future

This is very difficult for me to share, and I am not one to ask for help easily, especially from my community. But I am in a dire situation, have exhausted every potential support and have no choice. I have to pay $7500 total by February but they require $2500 by next week

Many of you may know that I am going through an extremely difficult time. I have been fighting every single day to get back on my feet, but the financial burden has become overwhelming.

I’ve had to take on rent, bills, the cost of starting over from scratch, and thousands of dollars in attorney fees. I am doing everything in my power to stay strong, but right now I truly need help.

One of my biggest challenges is the cost of continuing with my legal representation. The legal pressure I am under has made things even harder. I cannot effectively go into mediation or trial without my attorney.

My attorney requires a $2,500 payment upfront by December 8th in order to represent me at mediation on December 30th. If I cannot make this payment, I will be forced to move forward without legal support — something that terrifies me and puts me at a serious disadvantage during an already painful and heavy financial strain I am facing.

I have been working as many hours as I can and trying everything possible to come up with the money, but despite all my efforts, it simply isn’t enough.
