Hello, My name is Martell Taylor .

This is not easy for me to write , I am 37 year old single father to three beautiful children my family and I are in a difficult place and I am asking for help.

Last year my wife passed away from cancer shortly after giving birth to our baby girl. Despite my grief I have poured my heart into providing for my children and keeping my family together. Since then I have been raising my three children on my own:

Losing my wife was the hardest thing I have ever faced, but I tried my best to stay strong for my family .

But now , another heart breaking unimaginable hardship has fallen on my family and I. For the past three months, I have been hospitalized and was diagnosed with end stage heart failure. I can no longer work or physically care for my children the way they need me to. Right now my daughter is being cared for by family members , but the bills keep piling up , and providing for my kids has been impossible from the hospital bed.

My children and I have endured so much loss and hardship in such a short time.

I am creating this fundraiser because I don't want my children to suffer or go without the basic while I fight for my life. The money raised her will help cover:
