Hello, everyone! My name is Kari. I'm a hardworking single mother of three that's been holding on fairly well over the past couple of years with things steadily getting better. But, with recent events going on, things like my food benefits and even my housing are at risk, because I have no funds coming in to pay for my rent or food. I was already barely scraping by as it was with the support, but a single paycheck won't even cover a quarter of my rent, let alone food for my children.

I've already asked my family for as much help as I can, but everyone has done all they could for me. Most importantly, I don't want to be homeless. If there's one thing I can at least do for my children, it's keeping a roof over their heads as not only a Thanksgiving gift, but a Christmas present, as well.

I just need that little bit more to help get us through until things hopefully resolve themselves sooner rather than later. I can still provide for my kids with everything else, but without a place to sleep, I genuinely don't know where I could go.
