Hello. My name is Debra. I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Colon cancer.I had surgery on August 12th, 2024. They removed 8 inches of my colon. They also removed 16 nodes and because 2 out of 16 are positive,i must start chemo. I have to wait 21 days before i can start,as they want you to be strong. I will be doing 2 different kinds of chemo. I had to tell my boss today to put me out on 6 months medical leave because of this. It will take time to receive my first check. I live check to check, and i will fall behind in my bills. I can't have this happen to me. Not now, not ever. Any money that goes into my GO FUND ME will pay for my electric bill, cell phone, cable bills. It will also buy me food, as i will need to keep eating to keep strong during chemo. Won't you please open your heart to me and donate? I'm 70 years old and shouldn't have to do this, but yet, here i am.
