Hello, my name is Charity. I am reaching out in desperation due to a series of overwhelming medical and financial struggles that have put my life in jeopardy. I’ve been battling severe health issues for years, including end-stage kidney failure and type 1 diabetes. After a kidney and pancreas transplant, I had hoped for a fresh start, but unfortunately, the transplant failed, and I am back on dialysis, along with facing the challenges of diabetes once again.

Over the past four months, I’ve been in and out of the hospital multiple times due to complications, which has left me unable to work or support myself financially. My medical situation has become critical, and I’m now in an emergency situation where I face eviction tomorrow, which would make it even harder to focus on my health and recovery.

I’ve never been one to ask for help, but I am at a point where I have no other choice. The mounting medical bills, along with daily living expenses, have left me in a financial crisis. If you are able to contribute, even a small amount, it would provide me with the financial stability I need to avoid being homeless while I continue to fight for my health.
