Donate to Keep Anna and Antheia on the Road

I'm Anna, and my car is broken AGAIN. I am on SSDI disability and am on a fixed income; my partner Antheia is a stage 4 cancer patient (picture above). Aside from the usual household uses for a car, I am trying to get Antheia to as many temples, churches, inclusive events and fishing spots as possible this summer, as we don't know how long she has left on our garden Earth. Although she has responded well to treatment so far, this disease in unpredictable; and since she's at stage 4 we'd like to be able to have her enjoy normal life things NOW, while she is able.

In order to gain reliable transportation- which would be either having this one fixed, or being able to purchase a good quality used one with a guarantee- I need to be able to have the thing towed to the Nissan dealership the next town over, and have them look at it and make a determination about the life left in it. Right now, I can't even do that- having spent all my funds on the last (ineffective) repair. We have no public transportation here and hiring a ride is prohibitively expensive.

In addition, my last remaining elder who normally would help out with an emergency like this was moved to hospice about a month ago (also a cancer patient); he is unable to communicate now and anyhow it would be really cheesy to ask him for help at this point, I think. So I am asking all of you.

I will continue to do weekly online concerts on Facebook on Sunday evenings to try and raise money for this. In the meantime your donation, no matter how small, will be helpful. For generous donors, I could travel to you and do a private house concert in the living room of your choice (having a functional vehicle to do so through the efforts of this funding drive; and if you live in New England).
