Please help save my home

PLEASE HELP save my home!

Due to a combination of many factors, I got behind on my home loan and now am at risk of foreclosure. I tried working with the lawyers but they are unwilling to accept anything less than a lump sum payment.

My parents bought this house in 1972 when my mom was 8 months pregnant with me. I have a good job where I have been since 2002. I pay all the bills for the household, which includes other family members who have limited income. I have been through identity theft a few times, and my credit score is bad; so, I cannot get a loan.

I am also behind on household bills, property taxes, etc, as I have to pick and choose which bills to pay each month. I have made changes on my end, but once you get behind, it is hard to crawl out of that hole.

Please, I have no other options.
