In the middle of February, Kayla found out she has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The following weeks have been a whirlwind of appointments. Luckily, she was able to get in with MD Anderson to start treatments very quickly. However, there are significant out-of-pocket expenses with travel and treatments.
