My name is Dave Bolen, and I'm fundraising for my grandaughter Kaydence. She is a beautiful little girl, 8 yrs old who has been having epeleptic seizurers for the last 4- 1/2 yrs. She has had extensive testing done at, Helen DeVos childrens Hospital several times. The Drs. have finally pinpointed the part of her brain where they think the seizures come from. She has been on medication that has slowed them but not stopped them. She is down to approx 8 a day from almost 20 a day.

She has been scheduled to undergo surgery Dec 16th. at DeVos Hosp. to have a portion of her brain removed where they have determined the area causing the seizures. My son Jordan and my daughter in law Tasha Kaydence dad, and mom are wonderful parents of 4. Jordan is the sole income in the family, Tasha is a stay at home mom. Kaydence has 2 sisters, Everleigh 5, Oaklynn 4, and brother Niko will be 2 in January. Any donations would be a blessing and greatly appreciated. Thank you
