Hi there, I'm Julian. Back in February, I had a fall and injured my ankle. Nothing too dramatic, but the pain lingered and lingered. Eventually, after the swelling went down, there still seemed to be a strange popping feeling as I walked, as though something in the ankle was shifting in a way it wasn't meant to. After three months of going back-and-forth with the doctors, getting multiple imaging tests done, and getting a lot of mixed messaging, I finally get a proper diagnosis for the cause of this injury.

However, around the same time as the injury got figured out, I was also hit with the revelation that i had been suffering from an inguinal hernia for over ten years. The groin pain is manageable but obnoxious, and it has gotten worse recently. I am able to get it fixed, and I need to before I move out of the country, but it is going to cost money. I've raised a decent amount to help with the ankle and to cover some of the cost of the hernia repair but it's not enough.
