My name is Juan Lopez , and I am reaching out for support after a serious work-related accident that has left me unable to work and facing unexpected medical expenses. On April 1, 2025, I was injured while being in a critical lift operation. As a result, I have sustained [internal bleeding from my chest and stomach, fractures in my neck, specula, left shoulder and elbow, spine and pelvic bone] leading to surgery, physical therapy and loss of income.
