Donate to Joyce's Care and Well-being

Joyce was rescued by a kind and diligent Trooper from a situation of severe neglect. Because PA has no state kennels, Troopers have to turn animals over to Humane Officers for care. Joyce was transferred to the care of Angela of Mercy (Kennel License #18723).

We have paid for veterinary care and will be paying for both her boarding at a commercial kennel until she is well enough to go to a rescue or foster care and for her to be spayed. We need your support to care for Joyce and others like her (of course, there's no one quite like Joyce, she's an absolute joy!)
