My name is Stephanie and I am reaching out to family and friends to help a dear friend in need.

Jordan is a single mother with two beautiful daughters. She is a hard worker, a good mom, an amazing friend, wants the best for everyone and she is always willing to help those in need.

Jordan recently was hospitalized for some heart issues and had to undergo a procedure to get her heart working like normal again.

As we all know, with time off work, being hospitalized, and medical bills can really put a financial strain on us. So I’m reaching for her and her two girls! Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!!!
