I've set up this fundraiser for my sweet friend Jordan; she has shared some of her story below. She is only 20 years old and is fighting Lymphoma. If you feel led to donate any amount, she and her family would greatly appreciate it!

 

Hello, my name is Jordan Thayer, and I have been battling Hodgkin's Lymphoma for about two years now. I am currently in the end stages of my treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. I have to be in the hospital for a full month while I recover from receiving a stem cell transplant. I have been working up to this moment for a while now, and this is finally the end! I could really use all of the help possible right now because bills and expenses are starting to come in, which is expected with any medical issue. We have had treatment delays that have caused this to drag on much longer than expected; any help is appreciated and will go such a long way in my fight against cancer!

Jordan is one of my best friends and is like a little sister to me. I met her when I was in college and she was in my fifth grade class at church. She's helped me move in and out of apartments, I've cheered for her at track meets, and we've had countless sushi/shopping days. When I adopted my son, she and her mom came to visit and brought hand-me-down clothes from her brother, and we've managed to keep in touch after living in different states now. She has been in Houston recently for her treatment.

 

Everything donated to her family will assist with medical bills and travel costs (back and forth between OKC/Houston), as well as food/lodging while traveling. Thank you so much for reading and considering donating.❤️
