Dear Family and Friends,

We are reaching out to you today to support Jordan Tomerlin, who is facing significant health challenges. As a father of three and soon-to-be husband to Lexi Villarreal, Jordan is now battling kidney failure and will be undergoing dialysis 3 times a week as he waits for a kidney and pancreas transplant.

Jordan was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes May 1, 1995, 29 years ago. In September, he was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and spent nearly 2 weeks in the ICU. Diabetes is a complicated, expensive, painful, never ending and ugly disease. Type 1 is even more so and very unpredictable. This journey has placed an enormous financial strain on their family due to mounting medical bills and frequent doctor’s appointments in preparation for his transplant.

Jordan has always been a pillar of strength for his family, and now it’s our turn to support him during this difficult time. We are organizing this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with his medical care.
