Jonathon went into the hospital with jaundice, swelling, and abdomen pain on Thursday, September 4th. He was transferred to Parkridge in Chattanooga where he was told he has cirrhosis of the liver and multi-organ failure. He started building up fluid at a high rate and was not able to breathe from all the fluid in his lungs. He’s in ICU on the ventilator, and they are working to clear his lungs of all the fluid by continuous dialysis. The doctor said that things don’t look good for him. He will have to stay sober for 6 months to be put on a liver transplant list and even then, who knows how long that will take. We are praying for a miracle, that his body can somehow heal. Otherwise, he will be going home with hospice in the coming weeks. With all this going on, Jonathon does not have medical insurance or any other type of insurance. We are trying to raise money to help pay his medical bills and for his care when and if he does go home. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will go to his mom for her to be able to take care of these things for him.
