As Western North Carolina has been impacted by Helene, we're raising money for the Jonas Ridge Volunteer Fire Department to assist the community by providing support for search and rescue, as well as items like ice, water, food, and cleaning supplies during this difficult time in the rural, mountainous area.

All funds donated will go to help with disaster relief in the greater community.

My name is Kimberly, and my family has had a house on Bald Ground Mountain, just above the Jonas Ridge VPD building, since the 1970's. Since this part of North Carolina is near and dear to our heart, we want to assist in any way we can. My parents are both helping clean up the mountain roads, and my brother and I were looking for a way to directly impact Jonas Ridge during this time from afar. We've been in contact with Jonas Ridge VPD to ensure that we are not setting up separate campaigns and that they have a plan for any funds.
