Hey, my name is John Jay. I'm a husband and father of 4. I had to have emergency lung surgery due to complications with valley fever. I've since lost my company and have been unable to work. Getting assistance and help has been a nightmare, to say the least. My wife does what she can with odd jobs, but it's just barely making groceries. I'm looking for any help that anyone is able to offer just to help keep our lights on and a roof over our head. I hope to be back to work in a few weeks after a long recovery. God bless.
