Hello, my name is Mika Martin. My family and I are making this GoFundMe towards my dad’s recent passing.

My dad went missing on July 23, 2023, and we found out on September 5, 2025, that my dad was found in a wash by a golfer rounding up golf balls on a golf course on Durango St in Las Vegas, NV, on September 29, 2023. It was only skeletal remains of my father. So, the 2 years we had been searching, sending search teams, and placing missing persons reports, he was in a coroner's office unidentified until September 3, 2025. They identified him through dental records and X-rays. They left it undetermined how he passed away and when exactly he passed away. He had to have passed away between July 23, 2023, and September 29, 2023. My family and I are left with so many questions with no answers. We are not in the right financial position to cremate and have a memorial for my father. We are going to have enough to put towards it but do need help. Anything helps and we appreciate any donations. I’m happy to be able to share this story, and we are going to continue to search for justice for my dad, John Carl Martin.
