Donate to Joe Williams' Medical and Family Support

I am, LaJune Kampman and I am asking for financial help for my cousin, Nicole and her husband, Joe Williams. Joe started feeling bad the 2nd week of November of this year while working on St. Judes Hospital. Even though he was having stomach and back pain, he continued to work to provide for his family. Unfortunately, Joe could not continue to work as his pain worsened. Nicole rushed him to the E.R. and they immediately transferred him to Springfield Mercy Hospital for emergency surgery. Doctors discovered that Joe had an abcess that ruptured which perforated his large intestines & bowel which allowed leakage into his stomach for days. The doctors removed part of the intestines, put in drains, wound vac & ostamy bag. Joe will have the wound vac changed 2 times every week. In 6 months this surgery procedure will be reversed if all goes well then it will be another month or more before Joe can return to work to provide for his wife and kids. Nevermind there Thanksgiving was put on hold and now Christmas is approaching. Please find it in your heart to donate if you can and help Joe have one less thing to worry about while trying to heal.
