I am Rochie Usprich, raising money on behalf of Joan and Howard Rifkin.

They are having serious plumbing issues with their house. Their house is older, and some of the pipes need to be replaced. They were paying extremely high water bills because of the faulty plumbing. As of now, some of their pipes are not usable. It would be really great if we could come together to help our friends fix this.
