Donate to Jim Horn's Pancreatic Tumor Surgery

I am Jim Horn, trying to raise funds for my co-pays to have surgery for a tumor on my pancreas.

And the added expenses of going back and forth to University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. I’m trying to get a diagnosis. I have had my identity compromised twice in a year and a half, which prevents me from getting a loan to normally cover this stuff. I was informed time is sensitive trying to remove a 5 1/2 mm tumor.

I am normally very reserved and private in my life. I do not have a lot of family resources to rely on. I grew up in Essexville and have lived in the Bay City area all my life.

My goal is to get the co-pay paid before 1 October, to get surgery in the first part of November. If you’re not able to help, at least send a prayer. Thank you for considering me.
