Help Support Jett’s Medical Journey
Hi everyone,
Since early March, my son Jett has been struggling with chronic stomach issues that have made it nearly impossible for him to eat. He’s lost 20 pounds in just a few weeks, and it’s been heartbreaking to watch him feel so unwell and weak. As many of you know, Jett is on the autism spectrum, which has added a lot of anxiety and emotional stress to an already overwhelming situation — especially with so many unknowns.
Now, Jett is being admitted to the hospital so doctors can perform an endoscopy and place an NG (nasogastric) tube to give him the nutrition he desperately needs. We’re hopeful this will help him start gaining weight again and finally feel some relief. We don’t yet know how long he’ll need to stay — it could be several days or more, depending on what doctors find and how he responds to treatment.
I’ll be by Jett’s side the entire time, which means stepping away from work and facing some financial strain. We’re asking for support to help cover medical expenses, household bills, and the time I’ll need to care for him at home once he’s discharged and continuing recovery.
More than anything, we want to see Jett healthy, smiling, and back to his wild, silly, fun-loving self — just in time for summer.
Thank you so much for your love, support, and prayers. It truly means the world to us.
With gratitude,
Corinne & Jett
