Mother’s Plea: Struggling to Provide for Kids Due to Cancer

Hi, I’m Jethra, a single parent to three wonderful kids. In December 2024, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, the side effects of chemotherapy have made it incredibly difficult for me to work consistently. Some days are better than others, but there are times I have to call out from work due to weakness and exhaustion that comes with the Chemo treatment.

As a result, my focus has shifted from my job to my health so I can be there for my kids, which has unfortunately led to financial struggles. I am still trying my best to provide for my kids, it has been hard to keep up with monthly expenses, medical bills, mortgage, utilities, and the everyday living.

I am reaching out with a humble heart, hoping for the kindness of others to help us. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and my kids. Your kindness would provide us with the strength and hope we so desperately need as we navigate through this challenging journey.
