I am asking for help paying for independent lab testing that my doctor has refused to do for years and that I feel may help me figure out what the heck is going on with my body. In August of 2024, I had an episode of atrial fibrillation that could have been life-threatening. My HR neared 200 bpm and required emergency intervention to both slow down and get back into a regular rhythm. I have since been told by more than a few doctors that I am at risk for "sudden cardiac death," which terrifies me. Since then, a cascade of thus far unexplained "cardiac events" and other issues have happened and seem to have come on very suddenly and I am struggling to adjust and cope.

As of February 21, 2025, I have been diagnosed with a dysautonomic disorder called POTS, and have two thyroid nodules that are "moderately suspicious," but that the endocrinologist will not biopsy if and until they grow another 1/10 cm. I have a second scan scheduled for October of 2025.

In the meantime, I am recovering from the financial fallout of a theft perpetrated against my boyfriend and me which left me with literal thousands of dollars of debt that I am slowly chipping away at.

The program I wish to complete is not something I can afford right now, but I'm anxious to try and get some answers sooner rather than later and my doctor refuses to run any tests other than the twice yearly bloodwork covered by my insurance.

I realize the amount is hefty and this is super hard for me to ask for. I would appreciate any help and will use all funds toward paying for the program. Prayers, good vibes, and shares are also very much appreciated.
