Hello, for those of you who do not know me, my name is Jesse Gonzales. I am a proud husband, father, great-grandfather, and friend to many. Many who know me would say I thrive off of hard work and providing for my loved ones.

Unfortunately, last year I was involved in a work accident that resulted in shoulder surgery. From here on out, I only began to receive disheartening news. I was diagnosed with stage I pancreatic cancer that was treated with chemotherapy but did not yield positive results. This has now rapidly progressed into stage IV pancreatic cancer, and my doctor has informed me that there are no further treatments available for me.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has been so thoughtful up until this point and to everyone who may help along the way.
