Hello, my name is Nathan Dubreuiel. I'm creating this GoFundMe for a very needed reason.

My brother-in-law and sister, Jesse and Danielle Abreu, have recently experienced an emergency setback. Jesse is an electrician with a local union in Georgia and has been working in the Leesburg/D.C. area for several months. On November 19, 2025, he was on his way to work and had a major car accident resulting in a totaled truck, broken right femur, broken left humerus bone (upper left arm), broken left wrist, 3 broken ribs, a shoulder fracture, and a concussion. He also has multiple abrasions on his head along with glass particles superficially. They have completed the surgeries on his arm and his leg. He will be in the hospital for an undetermined time due to observation. Because of his arm and leg, he will be restricted to a wheelchair for at least 6 weeks. He will be out of work for at least 12 weeks.

With Jesse being the primary income maker, this will put them in a financial stranglehold. Danielle has been a stay-at-home mom for 19 years. The only income they have is from Jesse's job. The medical bills will be coming in, whether he's working or not, and will begin to mount up. They are going to need financial help indeed. The financial burden has already started to build with travel and lodging expenses due to him working out of state. As of now, they don't even know how they're going to get back home after he is released from the hospital.
