My name is Jennifer, and I also go by Rene.

I had major surgery in May, but before that, I was homeless. I am back to work, but trying to play catch up from being out of work for about 2 months. I have had a lot of ups and downs since I am back in my car. The days I work are not so bad. The weekends are the toughest, especially with it being hot and nowhere to really go to get out of the heat. Lately, I've been spending my time at the library to keep cool. Showers are the toughest.

I would really like to find a place to call my own, so I can lay in a bed again. I think I got spoiled being in the hospital, being in a bed. I see the world in a different light now.

The money would be used for a deposit, application fee, and hopefully a chair and a table.
