Meet Jeff.

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Sayville, NY.

He's a truck driver. He has also been a volunteer fireman and Little League coach.

He's all about helping others. He's the "Nice Guy." You need something, Jeff's your man.

Now it's Jeff's turn to ask for help. He is waiting for a heart transplant, in hospital, in NYC. He's getting the best care in the country at NYU Langone, but he needs help keeping things going at home for his two wonderful and dedicated daughters who, with his wife, travel into Manhattan to visit as much as they can.

The medical costs are unknown at this point, but they will trickle in after he is discharged and heads home where he will continue to receive routine medical care and anti-rejection medications. The physical and financial challenges will not end with the surgery.
