Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jeff Carter. He was a father, whose passing is extremely difficult for his children, family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

As we come to terms with Jeff’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. Unfortunately, he did not have any life insurance. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, but unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time.
