Jeff and Kristen's Healing Journey

Donation protected
Help Jeff and Kristen fund chemotherapy treatments and the loss of their unborn child, Theo.

Jeff and Kristen have experienced unimaginable heartbreak recently. After struggling with infertility for the past few years, they finally became pregnant. Many may not know but, just last month, Jeff was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. This discovery was completely unexpected and devastating for these soon-to-be parents, who were in the midst of baby excitement. The couple navigated these unfamiliar waters while continuing to prepare for the birth of their child with the love and support from family and friends. Always praying and always remaining optimistic.

This past Wednesday at a routine OB visit, doctors told 30-weeks-pregnant Kristen there was no heartbeat for this relentlessly prayed-for and very much loved baby. Heartbreakingly, she delivered their baby boy the next day, the baby who made them parents, the baby they named Theo.

No one should have to endure this much hardship and unimaginable despair. They are truly the best people with the biggest hearts and they need support through this very difficult season in their lives. Any amount would be so appreciated to help them navigate these next several months as Jeff’s chemotherapy will continue until mid-December.

If you cannot afford to financially contribute, then you can contribute to this cause by sharing on social media and simply praying for them. Thank you for any and all support that will help alleviate the financial burden of Jeff’s cancer treatment and recent hospital bills.
