My name is Jennifer and I’m putting this Gofundme together for my Aunt, Jean Fraser. 

A little something about her, many of her family and friends would attest to the fact she is one in a million, one of the most beautiful, genuine, kind, compassionate, loving people you would ever meet; I could go on and on.

Sadly, almost 3 years ago she found a lump on her right side near her ribs; it was removed and biopsied. The news came that in fact it was cancer; Level 3 very rare Sarcoma. 

She has had 3 separate rounds of radiation and 2 chemotherapy’s and a trial drug, none giving the healing that is needed. PET scans continue to show growth of existing spots and even new ones. Her right humerus bone was misdiagnosed as benign, when in fact it was malignant. The bone broke in two places and was so deteriorated, that a rod was attached to the remaining good bone, giving her some stability but, unfortunately the cancer is still there, that was a year ago. The arm is not functional and she is out of work on disability.

There are no treatment (for a cure) options left; there are other chemotherapy drugs they can try, but after thoughtful prayer, Jean had decided no more pharmaceuticals that make her sick and lose hair. She researched and decided on a natural treatment that comes from the cannabis plant. She has also drastically changed her diet, more natural with fruits and veggies and low carb. 

The treatment is called RSO (Rick Simpson oil) and of course it is not covered by insurance. The estimated cost for the initial treatment & additional treatments is $10,000.00.

I’m hoping to raise at least this amount; anything you maybe able to give is a help. If it goes over, just know that the extra money can help with the costs incurred going in and out of Boston for appointments. 

I have watched her be a warrior in every sense of the word through all of this and not let this get her down. Her strength, perseverance and Zest for life is amazing.  She truly is a fighter and her continued love and faith in Jesus has gotten her through this process. 

I ask for all of you to also lift her up in prayer and ask that Jesus will let this be the miracle we have all been praying for to bring her into remission. Please continue to pray for her husband Don and her amazing boys DJ and John as well as her dad John, that God keeps them focused on being the best support system as possible for her and each other.
