Hello friends, As many of you know five years ago Jay was diagnosed with Low Grade Neuroendocrine Lung Carcinoid. It is a rare form of lung cancer. With Jay being young and a nonsmoker we were all shocked. He had surgery to remove his right lung and has been cancer free. Several week ago Jay had a routine checkup with his Oncologist and found out that the cancer came back with a poor prognosis. Jay is now on medical leave spending as much time as possible with his kids, undergoing radiation and will start chemotherapy in a few weeks. Once this round of treatment is completed, his dream is to take his kids to visit his family in Washington DC and Disney World.
