I’m in desperate need of help covering some medical expenses I have for a surgery coming up in March($2500).

I know times are hard and everyone has their own expenses to worry about. I’ve never done this before and I feel ashamed for even asking for help.

I was let go by my job in October and I’m using COBRA to keep the health insurance I have through my previous employer. I had my surgery approved by their insurance providers and unfortunately can’t change insurances without it affecting the approval. COBRA is very expensive and I’m struggling to keep up($820/month). I’ve been doing uber eats and DoorDash to put towards those payments and towards the surgery itself. But I’m struggling and as much as it pains me to say, I need help.
