Hello! My name is Jason Ward. I have been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases and battling through them the last few years. I just started infusion therapy as oral medications have not helped alleviate pain and improve my quality of life.

I've currently been out of work for the last 7 months with degenerative osteoarthritis in my neck and shoulders, along with a herniated disk and radiculopathy. This has limited the use of my left arm. An epidural procedure in June was not successful. I have another scheduled July 13. If this procedure doesnt take, spinal and nerve reconstructive surgery will be neccessary.

I had appointments in July at the Cleveland Clinic for a better diagnosis and treatment of multiple autoimmune issues. More testing will be neccessary to determine best course of treatment moving forward. Monthly infusions and injections will continue to be neccessary.

I have failed as a provider to my entire family. I have done everything I can to keep things afloat, but the financial burdens have grown significant because my body is not healing and continues to attack itself. There have been delays with long term disability going in effect.

I'm looking to raise funds to help pay for COBRA insurance, medical bills and stay on top of household bills.
