Dear friends, family, and compassionate individuals,

With broken hearts and an overwhelming sense of loss, we share the passing of our beloved Jason Motley. He was a cherished son and brother, a father who had immeasurable love for his daughter, and a loyal friend.

Jason faced significant health challenges over the past few years. In the final two months of his life, he was hospitalized in acute care, battling bilateral pneumonia, a heart valve infection, a blood infection, and serious damage to his kidneys and liver. In his final weeks, he also suffered a GI bleed. As his condition worsened, he was moved to the ICU due to respiratory failure and was eventually intubated. Honoring his wishes, we transitioned to comfort care on August 14th, and Jason passed away peacefully on August 15th.

His passing has left a void in our lives, and as we process our grief, we are also faced with the responsibility of arranging his funeral and ensuring his 13-year-old daughter, Kacey Grace, has support for her future.

We are reaching out for help with the costs of Jason’s funeral. The unexpected nature of his passing has placed a financial strain on our family, and any donation would help us give him a dignified and respectful farewell.

Any funds raised beyond the cost of the funeral will go towards creating a trust for Kacey, ensuring she has financial support for her education and future milestones. This will help provide her with some security and peace of mind during a time of such uncertainty.

Jason lived and passed away in Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements in Oklahoma are currently being finalized and we will update everyone as soon as possible.
