On July 21st around 8 pm my brother Jimmy was struck by a hit and run driver and sustained serious injuries. Jimmy was transported to Wilson Hospital and underwent major surgery to repair and save his leg. Doctors are monitoring his head as he also suffered a major concussion and lots of lacerations to his body. His body is in shock but he is starting to understand what has happened to him and regain his memory.

Jimmy never asks for a hand out or help, when he is in need he always asks who has extra work for him to do. He has worked endlessly this summer at his full time job as a plumber, along with working nights & weekends throwing hay for farmers, doing auto repairs and maintenance on vehicles, hauling scrap metal, and whatever else he can do to make ends meet.  

With the injuries Jimmy has sustained he will not be able to do physical work for a long time.

Jimmy has a girlfriend and a brand new baby girl who depend on him. He has a long road ahead of him and no income coming in. Jimmy still has rent & utilities to pay, not to mention, diapers, formula, clothing, food, gas, insurance and anything else that may come up.

There will also be legal fees as we work with law enforcement to make sure the people that did this to Jimmy are held responsible and don’t get the opportunity to hurt anyone else.

So I am asking for Jimmy, if you can help in anyway it will more then appreciated.
