My name is James Jandebeur. Almost 20 years ago now, I moved to Pueblo with my mom so she could enjoy her retirement. I did have a decent job for some time after finally graduating college, but the company went bankrupt. Together, we were still able to get by, but then Mom had her heart attack, and in 2023, she passed away. Since then, it has been a struggle, and I have been unable to find better work or better hours at my current work as an online tutor. I'm also suffering from some emotional and physical conditions that are making things difficult.

I am selling the house, but it is going to take some time and I need some help to make it to then.
