The night of July 14th, my brother, James Hoynes, was involved in an accident where a handgun was accidentally discharged and hit James. The bullet entered his back and then exited through his chest. The bullet ruptured his spleen, nicked his liver, and went through his stomach. He was rushed to the hospital where doctors removed his spleen and repaired his internal injuries. By the grace of God, he made it through the incident and surgery and is now recovering in the hospital. However, James works in construction with no health insurance and this has rendered James out of work for weeks. James and his wife Courtney have three sons, Eli (9), Sam (5), and Thomas (3), so Courtney will also have to take off work to care for James and also watch the boys. With the strain of medical bills and inability to work, we are asking for any donation you can provide to help alleviate any financial strain so James and his family can focus on healing!
